Exploring the Boundaries Between Reality and Perception

Rules

1. The short film can be silent or in Konkani/Marathi/Hindi/English (no other languages allowed).
2. All films must be subtitled in English (mandatory).
3. Duration: 5 to 10 minutes (including intro & end titles).
4. The script should be original and not a remake of any existing film.
5. No stock footage is allowed.
6. You may use any music/BGM, but if not royalty-free, give credits at the end.
7. Upload the short film on Google Drive and mail the link along with the college name to gec.happenings2025@gmail.com.
8. Include a brief description (50–100 words) in the email describing your short film.
9. File size must be under 1.5 GB.
10. The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry that violates the rules or contains inappropriate content.
