Rules:
- Only 1 participant per college allowed.
- Participants must wear board shorts.
- Bring own tanning and warm-up equipment.
- Winners determined based on cumulative judge scores.
- Disrespecting judges or organizers leads to immediate disqualification.
- Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
