Warning bell at the 12-minute mark.
Negative marking for exceeding time (2 marks deducted for every extra 30 seconds).
Minimum 20 participants per team (only 20 free passes provided).
Only live music is allowed (no recorded music).
No fireworks, open flames, or smoke effects.
Performance must align with the theme: Showcase Goan festivals & village life.
Teams must arrive 30 minutes before their performance.
Teams are responsible for their props and costumes.
